Manohar SahotaSales Representative

Manohar (MD), Co-Founder and Managing Partner for “Toronto Investors Alliance”, has a passion for investments in Real Estate. From Pre-construction projects to resale homes, commercial properties to multiplex and single residentials, M.D. has worked with hundreds of potential clients. An Engineer by profession, MD has worked for Punwire, HFCL in Mohali, Chandigarh, and as a Chief Editor for a Brampton-based Punjabi Post Daily Newspaper. MD has a firm belief that Social Media and Digital Marketing are central to the success of any real estate business whether Commercial or Residential. He personally oversees the marketing aspects of all the projects and transactions through his team of professionals.

MD and Sudhir have become well-known and highly respected names in the pre-construction industry and giving TIA a name for itself in the industry, to clients, investors, and major developers.

Sudhir SharmaSales Representative

Sudhir, Co-Founder and Managing Partner for “Toronto Investors Alliance”, considers real estate, a passion as well as a serious profession. Serving his clients for more than a decade now., his philosophy is to put his clients first, and it shows. His unsurpassed knowledge of the market allows him to accurately assess each home that he sells, ensuring his clients get their expected return on investment.

With Masters in Business Administration, Sudhir has worked with CIBC in retail banking and with Statistics Canada. He has executed hundreds of transactions in Brampton and Mississauga amounting to Millions of Dollars in Sales Volume. He and his team take pride in serving Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and surrounding areas.

Other members of his team include Real Estate lawyers, CGAs, Accountants, Interior Designers, Home inspectors, Mortgage Lenders, and Home Renovators.

MD and Sudhir support charities like Children’s Miracle Network a charitable organization consisting of 14 children’s member hospitals in every province treating more than 2.6 million children each year and the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
